How much do you charge?
This depends on the occasion, date and location. We'll do our best to beat any like for like quote so contact us for a great deal with no surcharges or hidden extras!

Will you travel to...?
Arena Five are based in the West Midlands. We will travel to most areas and this will be reflected in the quote.

How much space do you need?
The band will need a cleared floor area or a raised stage of 5m wide by 3m deep which fits nicely into 99% of venues. If you think space may be tight at your venue don't worry as we can always squeeze in a bit!

How long will it take to set up?
We'll need unobstructed access and around 1 hour to load in the equipment, set up and set the performance volume levels (sound check) before the entertainment starts.

What do you wear?
We dress appropriately to suit the occasion with smart shirts and ties being the standard for weddings and functions. If your event is fancy dress or themed let us know as we love to dress up! (costume hire charge may apply)

Can I use your equipment/instruments?
If you'd like to use our sound system for making announcements, playing your own MP3's etc. then you're quite welcome as long as you check with us beforehand.  Use of the guitars or drums is a no-no unfortunately!

Where can I see you live?
Most of our engagements are entirely private functions... so you can't come! See our where we play page for public gig dates and if we are playing near you then come along! It might also be possible for you to come along to one of our rehearsals at Madhouse Studios in Birmingham.

How do I book?
Most of our bookings are taken 6 to 12 months in advance so get a price then secure your 2011 date ASAP! A small deposit guarantees your booking and all the arrangements will be confirmed in writing for your peace of mind.
